The "naughty" action of the teacher with the initials DS (34 years) was uncovered after the victim "flower" (11 years) told his relatives about the incident. The DS perpetrator, an elementary school teacher who is also a content creator who is quite popular in the Sekayu area, Musi Banyuasin Regency, now has to be held in the detention cell of the Musi Banyuasin Police because of his "naughty" actions.
The head of the Muba Resort Police AKBP Siswandi Sik SH MH through the Head of Public Relations AKP Susianto SH who was accompanied by the Head of PPA Iptu Susilo SH on Friday (13/1/2023) said that after learning about the incident the victim's parents were angry and reported the incident to the Muba Police, Wednesday (11/01/2023). "From the perpetrator's confession, he had committed this immoral act seven times, the first in December 2022 and the last on Tuesday (10/01/2023)," he explained. It was also added that these actions were carried out by the perpetrators at the victim's house twice and five times at the school UKS. The perpetrator's mode was persuading the victim, where DS promised to help give a good grade to be accepted at one of the Favorite State Junior High Schools in Sekayu City. Now the perpetrator has been arrested and is in the process of investigation by the Muba Police Criminal Investigation Unit PPA to be held accountable for his actions with the alleged article, namely Article 81 paragraph (1), (2) and (3) Jo article 76 D law number 35 of 2014 regarding changes to law number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection which carries a minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of fifteen years in prison.
